Our Human Resources Information Systems team provides human resource technology support to PwC. As part of the team, you’ll help design, implement, and operate Human Resources technology application that help us develop insights and strategies for our people and to drive business results.

As a Manager of SuccessFactors Reporting and Integration, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and support solutions for complex HCM reporting and integration in SAP SuccessFactors
• Conduct requirements and design sessions with PwC China CoE , LoS HR to identify current process, report, integration, and future state needs
• Understand the security framework in SAP SuccessFactors. Configure SuccessFactors application to meet People organisation needs while providing best-practice guidance on HCM processes
• Work with team members to facilitate successful integration between modules and related business processes
• Validate report design and integration development through testing.
• Provide support on incident management, release management, and enhancement requests
• Transfer knowledge to the team members for ongoing maintenance & support
• Keep abreast of upcoming SAP releases and features
Job Qualification :
• Should have an excellent understanding of the SuccessFactors suite. Ability to work on multiple modules same time. Relevant experience in SuccessFactors in Employee central Module/Learning Management/ Recruitment/ Onboarding/ Compensation
• Expertise in integrations with related SAP HCM / SuccessFactors modules and business processes (Finance, SAP HCM, EC Time, Benefits, Compensation, Onboarding)
• Detailed and results-oriented individual who takes initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks in a timely manner
• Knowledgeable in current HR policies, practices, and ability to anticipate future trends affecting the business from a systems and process perspective
• Ability to elicit and document business requirements
• Ability to clearly, concisely, and confidently communicate with team members and colleagues, both verbal and written
• Ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving, fast-paced environment
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications are preferred
Minimum years of experience required
• 6 years of SAP SuccessFactors report and integration development experiences
• 2 years of experience configuring, implementing, and supporting one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules in a lead role
