About Your Business Area/Department :

Treasury team is part of The Finance Service Center for Americas encompassing 26 companies across the continent. We not only are responsible for executing payments and prepare cash flow reporting for those entities but also for be an active part of the whole finance process supporting colleagues, internal and external stakeholders

Summary of the role:

As a Treasury Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our cash management processes. You will play a critical role in executing cash operations, monitoring liquidity, preparing cash flow estimates, while ensuring compliance with global finance template, treasury policies and procedures.

In this role you’ll:

  • Manage daily cash operations

  • Monitor bank account balances

  • Execute cash management activities

  • Support bank reconciliations

  • Support internal and external audits

  • Develop and maintain cash forecasting models to ensure accurate short-term and long-term cash flow projections

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting, finance, people & culture, tax and legal among others

  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to cash management processes and systems to increase efficiency and reduce risk

  • Stay updated on industry best practices, new technologies, and emerging trends in treasury management

About the ideal candidate:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in treasury operations, cash management, or a related finance role.

  • Prior experience in SAP is desirable (preferably S4 Hana)

  • Proficiency in English. Portuguese will be a plus

  • Reasonable understanding of finance and accounting processes, preferable experience in an international hub or shared service center

  • Strong organizational skills, be able to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

  • Prior positive employment references

  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail are important

  • Stay calm and positive while managing daily requests and challenges

  • Process and results oriented

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
