Main Responsibilities: Reporting directly to Area Sales Manager, this position will support to the sales and training team.
Data Analysis:
Update internal & external trackers
Track and compare prices for top retailers in Travel Retail Europe and in the domestic market
Support in the sell-out data export from vendor portal and coordinate the implementation in power BI
Update monthly sell-out data analysis report
Maintain and update the internal tool tracking Perfection-in-Store capabilities
Promotion details tracking and reporting (internal & competition)
Participate actively to improve tools performances by doing recommendations and training the sales team
Work closely with the Area Sales Manager to fill out masterdata file for new launches
Project Management:
Support to the training manager in the organization of the events online/offline and logistics.
Coordinate execution with the team (sales force & marketing & merchandising) as events, celebrations etc.
Be responsible of the shipments to retailers and field force (lab samples / dangerous goods / faraway specifics)
