- JOB PURPOSE
The Universal Teller is responsible for handling customers’ cash requests, executing all counter transactions.
- MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACOUNTABILITIES

- Executes all counter transactions in an efficient and organized manner
- Handles customers’ cash requests and general inquiries in a professional manner, and refer them to concerned parties whenever needed
- Spots any potential selling opportunity and refers it to concerned parties
- Handles efficiently custody items, and keys as per custodian matrix and relevant policies and procedures
- Adhere to Branch Operating Model
- Carries out any task requested by the Head of Cash, the Operation Manager, and the Branch Manager
- JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum education
: Bachelor degree in commerce or finance

Languages
: Fluent in Arabic and English (Writing and speaking)
Ideal experience
: Fresh graduates are accepted
